i'd like to know how to do this in theaterview in big screen. the drop down bar is so small and hard to read. being its a drop down bar. i'd love for it to be big so a person can see the Pause RWD FWD and postion text etc alot easier. possible?

Arial seems too much  little...

this does also what you want maid. the popup menu you want to have bigger comes from standard view. adding this to the view in use, and changing the font size of standard view gives a larger letter for that menu (the old player bar)

i made a copy of blue steel because that is what maid uses, if i remember well. but changing the fontsize in standard view will also change the player bar size..
that is what you guys want?
be aware that it makes some text to big to easy..

if it is getting to big just make the fontsize for standard view 9 or 10.

you mean with the wacky bit, the text in the display. as in the first attachment.
i guess it would be possible to change that but that will be a lot of work. you can however take the second line away as in the second attachment. right click on the text and choose çustomize display. take away the status line and add a space there.

Hi Gab, sorry to be such a newb but I tried to customise the display but I could not see how to delete a line and add a space.

when you click on the name or the music that is playing you get something like in attachment 1 choose customize display.
then for one of the modes change the status line ( i did it attachment 2 for the alternative).
as you see in attachment one you can switch easy between the main and the alternative for the display.

Edit: Finally i have tried THX gappie it working good appear that i use a fontsize of 11 and with this menu font are a little toobigger is it possible to do something?
Another strange things have u noticed the red circle ? have you an idea what is causing this?

the line is just a switch. so it turns on/of if in the skin the playerbar also set its self to the general fonsize. im not aware of a way to set the fontsize different for the playerbar only. i tried it with diabolic also, and i did not see the square. with diabolic the same happens as with the changed skin i putted up for maid though. when the font size gets to big the tittle fals out of the display. the noire skin to use as a reference. because there it works nice. when you set the fontsize to 14 or 16 you can see what happens.

for the square maybe it's because i use a full hd resolution?
I  see the result for a 14 size but i use 11 so it's ok:)
For the size of the font in playerbar it was impossible but if i remember recently J.R have implemented this recently in MC15 but maybe i am wrong.
Edit:Ok the square is solved i have finally deleted the slittle effect in the alpha channel so it looks good.
If i adjust the size of the picture of the playerbar display i can have a font size to 14 but when i switch to normal size the result is not good so i have switched to the normal size and the display is very good from 8 to 11 so it's ok!

PS: I don't flag the topic SOLVED because the request was to specify a font size for playerbar like  "font :TAHOMA size 16"
 for now it's good but i think independant font size for the player bar is really needed.

If at JRiver u can solve this it would be great!
