upnp server view customization?
« on: January 01, 2010, 05:48:52 pm »

I have recently started to play around with the upnp server feature just to see if/how I could use it. I have it running and I'm using Cidero to try out browsing through what the server spits out.

Is it possible to customize the view of the media that the upnp server presents? What I see at the root by default seems to be every view. I searched the forums and wiki. I looked around the options a lot and I can't find anything. I did find what looks like an out of date wiki page that mentions something about selecting a "view in theater view" option on a view scheme, but I don't see that option.

I'd like to simplify what the upnp server presents. Is this possible? Can I customize it at all?

I'm using that latest version 14.0.118 on Windows Vista.

A bit late in the day but if you haven't figured it out.

Goto Services & Plug-ins/DLNA/UPnP and click Options.

In the options panel click
... Customize views

Now you can delete, modify and add views to suit your needs.
