Yes,
The boss (JMM) of Vivendi-Universal has quited.

I think it's the way you get fired when you are CEO of such a company.
Today the Vivendi-Universal share lost nearly 26 % at the
Paris stock exchange.
Universal is facing tough times I know mp3.com is part of Universal
isn't e-music too ?

Salut! Pas en vacances?

Yes Emusic is part of Vivendi

But soon Vivendi will be like the roman empire[this is only my opinion, not a fact],failling in small pieces
And mp3.com and Emusic will change owner again

Not sure King

The Vivendi mess has nothing to do with RIAA

Not sure if RIAA suck dry mp3.com or Emusic. For mp3.com at 80% if not more artists whitout contract
For Emusic only small indee labels dealing straight away with Emusic
I may be wrong but it was like it at the start of Emusic

RIAA just do not care about indee labels on p2p.They are happy about it
If in they power they would make any indee label illegal

There is more than money in the game.Control and power are as important than money is
They look as dangerous as the people who burned the Reichstag
