Moving Audio Files to a new PC.

Please can someone point me to, or explain the steps needed to move all my audio files to a new PC while maintaining my playlists. Actually all audio will move to my server but MC13 and library DB will remain local.

It would have been nice for someone to point out that its a native function in Library Tool...
