Another Nokia annoyance - case sensitive artists

When syncing to my 5800XM all the artists become case sensitive on the phone... For instance I end up having BT and Bt on the phone instead of one single artist.
It would also be nice to be able to retag the files and use album artist (auto) to artist when files are transferred.
