14.0.147 Bugette: Library Import report file quantities fail to accord

Library import can report more files imported than then in the library:

Library now has 1928 files. Search and update took 3:13.

Imported 2076 new files.B

I'd gues the first "files" refers to tracks (and other non-playlists?) and the second "files" refers to tracks and playlists. This import didn't include any other types.
