Netflix Not Working
« on: February 24, 2010, 05:21:43 am »

I just installed MC 14 on my desktop computer. I ran the software and tried to access my netflix queue.  MC 14 just shows the words "instant queue" and does nothing.  Is there something that I am not doing?  Where does MC 14 ask for my account information for Netflix.

Dieter I have the same problem and posted a request for help here.

It is in a Netflix specific series of posts.  You can keep an eye on my post just in case they answer my question first.

Can you access the queue from IE?

Cookies must be allowed.

This is Nedam
I am able to access the queue and play streaming movies in both IE and Firefox. In both browsers cookies are enabled and the browser opens Netflix automatically (without me entering a user name and password.)

Thanks

Something may be blocking access by MC.  UAC?

I am running Windows XP MC with all MC components disabled so as far as I know there is nothing blocking JRiver MC.  I did check my cookies and there is a netflix cookie in place.  I also changed my default browser from Firefox to IE just in case. What else could I check?

Modified post with below:
I do not have an anti-virus in place and Windows Firewall is turned off.
