The first build we posted had a problem for anyone who used it to copy user settings during install.  It copied the settings but forgot to change MC14 to MC15 for some registry settings.

This was fixed in the current build (15.0.12) but your registry still needs help.

10. Changed: When restoring settings in a library backup, the program attempts to switch paths targeting old versions to the current version.
(if you have already restored a v14 library to v15,
you should manually clean up paths pointing to Media Center 14
by using regedit and searching / replacing in this location:
              HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 15)

I believe that it can also be fixed by uninstalling MC15 (and choosing to remove registry entries) and then resinstalling MC15.

You believe, but when will you know?

And if you are not certain then perhaps the better option is:

              HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 15)

But replace that with what?  Or is it replace something with that?    ?

In the MC15 registry settings, about six settings still refer to MC14 locations and should refer to MC15 locations.

If that's difficult to understand, just uninstall MC15.

I have had two instances where MC15 hanged after, while playing music, I clicked on the stop button.

Yes, it was exactly six settings.  I simply changed the 4 to a 5.  Easy
