MC15 licensing and price

Hi there.
I have an MC 13 license, I am trying out MC15 and would like to know if there is an upgrade option for 13 users.
What is the price?
How do I go about it?, I have uninstalled 13, I have the mail and codes sent by jriver to me with my 13 licence.

Please help  ?
