Thumbnail folder defaults to C:\Documents and Settings\….

With MC15 the thumbnail folder still defaults to C:\Documents and Settings\……………….. This is not always convenient e.g. on netbooks with SSD.

To change the location you have still to edit the registry manually. It would be more convenient to be able to change that location under Oprtions --> File Location.

This is an old issue but when will this be neatly customable under options?
