Forced Import wrong if MC14 and MC15 is installed
« on: April 20, 2010, 06:42:49 am »

To watch a movie which is not imported into the MC14 library I use the right-click menu within Windows Explorer. Until I just had installed MC14 all worked fine. From the moment on I (bought and) installed MC15 in parallel (and have NO checkmark set at 'shell integration' within the options of MC15!) it always starts MC15 and imports the movie there

Intended like that? I doubt...

There is an option for "Import when played" or something similar.

Check out (in MC15):

Tools>Options>Library>General>Importing & Tagging>Automatically Import Files when Played

guys, I know all that, but thanks

I simply don't want to import automatically, just wanted to report that switching off the shell integration won't be honored... it's not a big deal though, there are work-arounds

thanks, appreciate your comments :)
