I don't see refresh rate here, only resolution/bitdeph. I'm read in WIKI about this feature.
Where there may be a problem? I tried on a system with a video card nvidia, intel, ati - in all cases the choice of frequency is absent.

It is there.  Each setting is presented like this:

Example:
Nvidia 9800GX2 - hdmi link - LCD KDL-52Z4500 with 23,24,50,60Hz input. In menu - only "1920x1080x32" "1920x1080x16" and other resolutions.

Same here. The refresh rate is not shown. I have a Geforce GTX 285.

Very odd - certainly I see it (ATI Card).  I'm sure Yaobing will be working on why it is not displaying for you guys but in the meantime....Try this, in Standard View add the Playback Info Column, do you see any entired in the format such as "(1:5)(15:DisplaySettings)(15:1920x1080x32x24)(9:CropEdges)(1:1)(12:CenterOffset)(3:0,0)(11:AspectRatio)(1:0)(11:ZoomPercent)(3:100)" which holds all the various playback info for the file especially the "(15:1920x1080x32x60)" while is the resolution and frequence bit?  Try changing some of the right click --> options when playing a track and you should see stuff get populated into this fied.  Try change the display setting to another resultion and see what format your "(15:1920x1080x32x60)" is in.  You can edit this into (eg I get one track playing how I like, Cropping, 60hz etc etc and then just copy this to all other similar tracks).  Once edited does the file now playback with the new settings?

The menu item is "Change Display Settings", as the WIKI says, and is not "Display Settings...".

I see it now. The menu is available whan watching a AVI file, but not when watching a regular DVD. (IFO)

Thank you all. I found a setting where indicated Yaobing, I again lost in the options.
And I followed the advice of Nathan, because the choice of frequencies in the MC has been limited 25-29-30-50-60 in my case with the adapter nvidia, but only switched to 50-60. By changing the field Playback Info x50 on x24 I got the desired 24p input TV.
In the nvidia driver settings, I have the choice of 23,24,50,59,60 Hz and correctly use any.
I would experiment with the driver tweaking, and perhaps, powerstrip utility.

If you adapter supports it 23/24hz - go to your "Playback Info" col, find the the string like this "(15:1920x1080x32x60)" and change the 60 or 50 to 23 or 24 manually and you should be god to go (see pic).

As you play with different settings during plackback the are added to this field but you can always edit and copy the information between files.  In the following pic for example I have three different example of how to play the file based how it was recorded.  On my system for example I output and display 1:1 pixel @ 1080p which on some file playback leaves a "rough" edge that is seen - so I add CropEdges to most of these.  Have a play and see what works best in your setup.  You can always delete the info in the field and which gets you back to the default system settings.
