I moved all music to another computer with different path and then restored MC15 Library from Library old computer's MC15 backup.
Now, I need to global change with new external path into new MC15.
I did playlist by playlist before but it is too big(much effort) for doing that this time.
How can I do that ?

Assuming you moved the root folder but left all the subfolder structure and filenames the same....
Write down these two things in notepad:
1) Old drive letter and path.
2) New drive letter and path.

Now in MC, highlight one song.
Right-click on it.
Select Library Tools > Find & Replace.
Check box next to the field "Filename (path)"
Fill in the old path and the new path in the appropriate fields.

Play the file to make sure it plays correctly with the new location being referenced.
If that works, then highlight the other songs and do the same procedure.

Yes. I did that way all the Playlist Group/Playlist by selecting all songs and find/replace within.
I think it is the only way to do root path change.
