jim, everyone else... quick question.. are our files encrypted when being upload from the server?  do you think due to the USA riaa, mpaa idiots, that we all could get into trouble sharing our own BOUGHT files with our selves, by them seeing we are sharing our files with the outside world.. meaning ourselves via cellphones, laptops, work computers etc... and them not knowing that we own the files?

just curious on your guys opinions.

It's clearly fair use unless you're promoting use by people you don't know.  Would you loan the person a CD?  If yes, then it's fair use.
