"master reset"?
« on: August 04, 2010, 05:27:10 pm »

Other than a scrub and reinstall (implying reimporting your library)......

Is there a way to tell MC to reset itself back to 100% installation defaults without killing the library?  Skins, views, visualizations, zone setups, room corrections, dsp settings, file associations, etc, etc.  All of it back to install defaults.

Uninstalling and choosing to remove registry entries would get most of what you're asking for, I think.

Backing up your library first would be a good idea.

Trying to find a way to do this **without** the deinstall/reinstall cycle.  Something, anything to avoid having to re-license in case I'm in a place with no, limited, or heavily secured internet access.

If you uninstall, it won't affect the license.
