Change Volume to DLNA device
« on: May 30, 2010, 10:39:44 pm »

I am enjoying very much MC15 and all the media support feature.

One question.

I am connected to my DLNA decide (Onkyo receiver) from MC15.
Under playing now I see HT-RC180

I can send a playlist on it and music will play.
I can skip/stop and resume all good.

How do i change the volume?

I tried to change it from MC15 but nothing happened.

Is that possible?

Click on the Zone under playing now first, than the volume control will change the volume on your receiver.

Can any other DLNA program change the volume of the receiver?

It's possible the receiver doesn't support setting of volume over DLNA.  It seems like only about half of devices support this, although I would expect a receiver to support it.

Thanks.
