how to import extended file properties

I have some jpg's with useful information in the Windows extended file property field "Comments".

(This is the info that pops up in Windows Explorer and which can be viewed in the summary tab of the Windows file properties dialog).

Does anyone know how to import this data into MC?

Or does anyone know a round about method such as a utility that copies this info to an EXIF field that is recognized by MC?
