I would love for MC to import any music files I play.

I do not want this behaviour for video.

Currently there's only one setting - a global one for all media type.

Can we have the option to enable/disable this feature depending, at least, on the media type it is?

As you know, this isn't currently possible.

Would it be possible to disable the option to import automatically, and just right-click "Import Into Library" when needed?

Hi Matt

What you suggest is what I've always done. However, I'd love to have the option to have all the audio files that I play be imported into MC though, but not the video files, some of which I don't want in my library. hence the feature request. I know you guys have a ton of other things to take care of, and nobobdy else seems to want this feature... so I won't hold my breath!
