Help with Hauppauge HD PVR

I have a SD tv, not HD. How do I hook it up with my Xbox 360? My tv is RCA compatible.

Are you trying to capture video from Xbox 360?

WinTV HD DVR has three different inputs, SVideo, Composite, and Component.  Connect one of these to Xbox 360.  Connect TV set to computer video card output.
