Detached Window Always On Top Doesn't Work

I'm running 15.0.58 in Windows 7 32. Regardless of what view I'm in or whether the "Detached window always on top" box is checked or not, MC will not stay on top of other windows. Is there another option I need to check or something I'm missing?

Ok, apparently detaching part of MC such as the album art window will stay on top, but not the program itself. How do you get the actual MC application to stay on top?
