Sync Library - different drive letters
« on: July 24, 2010, 12:47:03 am »

I have 2 computers and am wanting to run identical libraries on the 2 machines.

The problem that I have is that the drive letters that I want to store the music on the 2 computers are different.

Is there any easy way around this?

Thanks.

Could you simply change one or both drive letters in Windows Disk Management? That would be the easiest solution if you can do it. You cannot change the letter of a partition that contains Windows or installed programs (usually C:).

There are several other ways, but they would be a bit more complex.

I have similar question  ;D I use a mp3-Playe with a SDHC-Card. If I sync the player with MC15, there will be 2 "devices" shown. Is it possible, to sync both with one playlist?
For example, if the player-memory is full the music will be save automaticly to the SDHC card.
