I just upgraded from v14 to v15.

I copied my existing TrackInfo over to v15 (as I've done with all previous upgrades).

When I try to utilize it, I get the following error

The following module has failed to load:
C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 14\Visualizations\Vis Studio\Vis  Studio.dll

It has reported the following error

Failed to load JRTools.dll

Please reinstall the latest version of the program.

The problem is the tag in the index.html file to display a visualization in the Track Info display.

Any ideas?  Thanks.

Please reinstall Media Center 15, and make sure it's installed to a different folder than Media Center 14.

The error is reporting a failure loading v14 components.

In any case, a visualization probably will not work in a track info template:

If not, then something was changed from v14 to v15, since it did work in v14 and v13....

Matt, i have reinstalled, and v15 is being installed in a different location than v14.  Everything still works fine in v14.

Please read the post Alex has linked to.  We have switched visualizations away from being COM objects, and the thread gives some technical justification.

Matt, thanks for the info.  It is a big loss for me.  Having a visualization in a Track Info was a very important visual for me.  I sure hope the decision to remove it is not final.

I see the work around in the other thread using split views, but that takes up lots more space.  I use the "Clean Info" track info.

I installed v15.80 and is still works there.  I would appreciate MC reconsidering this feature loss.
