Haali splitter and the MPC Matroska splitter both support chapters in mkv files very nicely. Thanks for making this work so well in MC.

However, it's kind of a pain in MC when you hit the skip button, intending to play the next file, and all you get is a skip to the next chapter! Sometimes a long movie can have dozens of chapters. Is there a way we can retain the chapter skip function and yet have another button or at least a modifier key to skip files?

Thanks for that Matt. The problem is that we're all used to skipping music files or non-chapter containing files with one stroke of the keyboard or one press of the remote button. That's why a modifier key would be great, (like "shift-next" [^>>] for next chapter, preserving "next" [>>] for next file) in order to program remotes.
