I NeeD HelP Plz

I got a new mp3 player (Handheld) and  i can't find a

way MEdiaJukeBox will use it.  Does anyone know how

i can get it to work.  I have an Otis handheld.

When you connect the player to your computer using USB cable, does it show up on the system as a removable drive? If it does you should be able to access it through CD & Handhelds item in right portion of Media Jukebox. But if it does not work as a removable drive then MJ will not be able to support it.
