MC15 + Ipod Classic 160gb + Pioneer AVH-3200BT album art

When I sync my Ipod classic 160gb with MC15 I get no artwork on my Pioneer AVH-3200BT car stereo (http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/22/1865/281/AVH-3200BT/index.html), though it shows on the ipod. If I sync with Itunes the artwork appears on the Pioneer, any ideas?
I can work around the issue by using MC15's export to itunes but find it a bit cumbersome and would really like to direct sync with MC15.
