Where do I find automatic backup libraries

My computer crashed and for some reason many of my custom field lost their data. I want to retreive the most current automatic back up.

On Windows Vista or Windows 7, they will be here:
C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 15\Library Backups
