what is an offset within a flavor

just noticed a new category for the mcc commands. but i dont have any idea what it will be about.

Flavor is a term we use for a lightly modified version of Media Center for OEM or similar usage.  Flavoring is a layer on top of Media Center, so has little meaning for Media Center itself.
