Crash problem (plug-in related?)
« on: October 10, 2010, 08:59:14 am »

I just upgraded to the latest build (15.0.130), and now MC crashes almost immediately. I sometimes get the message 'interface plug-in last.fm could not be found or created' which could be the problem. I've tried disabling 3rd party plug-ins, but it still crashes. I'd like to remove the plug-in, but I can't find the file. Ideas?

can you find it under tools>plugin manager>interface and disable it? last fm is now integrated in mc and can be set in the options.

I can find it, but the uninstall button isn't active. Any other ideas?

did the hide button on the right also not work. from which version did you upgrade.
you could go to the registry, when you are familiar with it.
you could find an entry of
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 14\Plugins\Interface\last.fm

there is a 'active' entry at the right side. double click and set the value to 0
