Resetting Web Media Download Options?

I would like to change the web media download options and web media download path (Youtube video downloads). Didn't find any place in options or anywhere else to do that except fiddling around in the registry. Any help? Thank you!

OK, I found out:

Hold Ctrl while clicking a link to get choices again

to redisplay the download menu again. But how does one remember this, when the download menu is not any longer displayed???
