Since I started participating in these forums 6 years ago there have been many many many problems reported and then solved by installing cccp. In that time I have never seen a problem created by cccp nor any arguments against its use. I am thinking that you should provide a link and recommend that cccp be installed during the MC install process. This would greatly improve the experience for new users and would reduce the support load for people on this forum.
