Already have conversion cache stack files - all being rebuilt now?

Getting MC up and running on a new machine and have moved everything across and fixed the path issues, doing a first hand held sync on this machine and it is going through and re-converting all of the 'cache' files.  Old setting where to use stacks and store next to file, new settings in file locations is 'next to file'.  Is this expected?  Not looking forward to a 20 hour sync again!

Looks like this is an old issue resurfacing for me.  If stacks are collapsed (normal state), the 'find/replace' function doesn't change the paths on them when making the tag changes.
