Live remote sync

Is there such a thing as a live sync of two drives not in the same machine?  (Raid1 wouldn't work)  Basically, a way to monitor two drives and as changes are made, immediately synchronize those changes to the other drive?  Hamachi is what I am using to connect the two machines (over the internet).
