DTS-HD Decoding Now Possible in MC

There is a bit of mucking around, but if you have Arcsoft's TMT you can now enable this filter for use in MC enabling full bit depth decoding of this format for the first time in MC (and other Direct Show players).  More details at http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=55171.msg408875#msg408875
