Expired license
« on: November 24, 2010, 11:14:28 am »

Hi,

I have bought and been using MC15 for a long time and it has been working.

Today it suddenly informed me that my 30 day trial period had expired!!!!!

I went into the programs folder and then into the J River folder and MC15 and tried to start from there but with the same result as above.

The only new configuration is that I tried a older USB sound card from Creative.

Any suggestions?

You can use your Registration Code to restore.  See the "Purchase" link above.

Changing your system name could do it.  An incorrect system date also can.

Thank you Jim,

Yes now I remember some minor changes to enable logging into a Popcorn media players Samba server.

I will test by entering the registration code again (if I can find it  :) ).

It's from buy-button at jriver .  You can also ask the system to e-mail your licenses.  It's option 2 on the Restore Page.

Thank you again Jim,

It is now working again after entering the code at the restore page.
