Hi

I spent time customising my theater view with menu options, file info etc using the Theater View options on my client. When I restarted MC all my changes were gone - i have now tried changing the theater view on my server and client and neither seems to retain my changes. I am assuming that this is not the way it should work so wondering if I am missing a step?

If your client is connected to a Library Server, view and file info panel changes are not sync'd back to the server and changes will be lost. You'll need to make these changes on the server.

The other thing to consider is that Theater View root menu items are stored on a per machine basis in the registry (locally) and not as a part of the library. You'll need to duplicate these customisations on both client and server.

So if i read your reply correctly - since i connect to the library server :

On the server I should make changes to:
- Appearance
- Behaviour
- Advanced
- Items to Show

On the client I should make changes to:
- Items to show
