Take the song by 'Jackson' by 'Johnny Cash & June Carter', is there way I can see songs by 'Johnny Cash' and songs by 'June Carter' and in both cases return this song.

Sure, there are a couple of ways to handle this.

1) Label the artist as you have, "Johnny Cash & June Carter", and use the search bar to enter either name.  Don't select any particular name, just leave the resulting list.  Your views will now contain all items that matched what you typed.  For example, if you entered "Johnny Cash", then you'll see stuff by not only Johnny Cash, but also by any other searchable field (eg. Artist, Album, etc.) that contains Johnny Cash, including "Johnny Cash & June Carter".

2) Create a new library field called Artists, as a list type.  Then, you can add each of "Johnny Cash" and "June Carter" to the list field.  Create new view schemes that are based on Artists (instead of the default, single field Artist).  Now, you can select / search either artist and you'll find all tracks as desired.
