paypal activation issue

I just purchased through paypal and cannot get Media Center to accept my activation.  I received a license key and confirmation e-mails from JRiver and Paypal.

Please make sure you have Media Center 15 installed, and then restore from this page:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

Your registration code starts with "VE" and should be in the emails you have received.

thanks for the reply - finally got it to work - I think that there must be a delay between the time that I purchased and when the license is activated.  I don't think that I did anything differently - just finally let me install the license.
