CDs existing in cdplayer.ini (exported from EAC) cannot be found in MC. If fields are entered manually in MC and sent to Online Database MC adds another info into cdplayer.ini leading to duplicates with different ID e.g. having 2 infos for the very same CD (examples below). It seems to me the problem is caused by disc ID - if I exchange the original ID with the one created by MC then MC can read the original info without any problem.
So what do you think - EAC issue or MC issue?

EAC is generating the disc id differently.  We use the Windows volume id of the disc which is how Windows Media Player has always done it.  If you open a command line window and do a "dir" command on the CD drive, you'll see that the volume id for "Akt (Rodinné drama)" is "4a3048". 
I'm investigating what EAC is using to see if there could be an accomodation between the two.

In a future version, we will try importing from cdplayer.ini with the 'standard' type of disc id like always, but if we don't find anything we will try importing again using the EAC style disc id.  This will allow importing the data from EAC cd rips into MC.

I tried latest 15.0.174 however I must report the behaviour of MC has not changed at all e.g. MC does not see the CD info in cdplayer.ini (exported by EAC) and after filling the info manually in MC and sending it to Online Database, MC creates the info itself in cdplayer.ini = CD info there is doubled with different IDs...

The addition of the EAC disc ID system is a v16 feature.  An early beta of version 16 will be available in a few weeks.

Oh, I see - by "future version" I did not expect that a new major release was meant...

Anyway I still wonder why haven't I encountered this problem before as I am using EAC for years. It must be the discs themselves (these Czech ones I reported) because when I delete some other recent CDs from cdplayer.ini and let (latest) EAC to export that CD info from EAC to cdplayer.ini again, MC then finds the info in cdplayer.ini with no problem.

Unfortunately I still haven't received ANY response on EAC forum at all (bumped 7x, sent PM and e-mail to author = nada
