Server test host

Can someone give me an IP address and start their media server please.  I want to see if the problem I'm havin is on my computer or the other one.

I'm getting "Cannot establish connection"  I put in the IP address with the :80 , but for some reason it will not connect.  I just want to try and connect to one computer and just make sure it's not my computer and that the problem is on the host end.

try ping that IP you're trying to connect to. The host might be behind a firewall.

I did I can ping it, it's not behind any firewall.  Do you have an IP address I can test it on ?
