Any recommendations for a simple/cheap device that can take an SD/CF card and simply plays images in random order to VGA or NTSC/ATSC out?

The simpler the better.  I'm thinking of a disposable/sacrificial device, something I wouldn't mind losing or being stolen.

I've found the CiragoTV Mini for about $40, but something even cheaper would be nice.
