Have posted something on this before and had only one kind soul acknowledge they had the same problem. Problem is related to saving new file properties with either a large file (100meg|PLS|) or a large number of small files. The process just jams and stops responding, do an end task and start all over again. can anybody help with this: I don't think it is anything to do with my system, and has only just started to happen with 8.0.293

If you have a large file or many files and you have ID3v2 turned on. then it will take some time to write the tags because with ID3v2 tags the program must re-write the whole file from start to finish.

ID3v1.1 tags do not have this problem but you are limited to about 30 chrs per field.

MJ does not have a Progress Bar when doing some Operations (and it should) so just wait

you should see the drive light active when it is changing the tags
