It is possible to affect these colours, but be warned, there will be knock-on effects elsewhere in the skin...

1) Frame > Colors > Text= This value is shared with tooltip text and border
2) Frame > Colors > Face3D= This value affects the tooltip background colour, as well as the difference in alternating gridline colour.
