tags support in XP

Is there an option in MJ to support the ID 3 2.3 tagging in Windows XP to where it shows the other details about the MP3's but  greyed out.

Windows XP File Manager does not support ID3v2.3

It Does Support ID3v1.1 Tags, But There Is A Bug In The File Manager That If You Have ID3v2 Tags The File Manager Will Not See The ID3v1.1 Tag.
