I unable to encode my sound files to mp3s.  When I get to the section that reads to click the encoding button, Lame mp3 is not an option.  When I click on  advanced, it asks for an exe path, parameters, extension.  Can someone please tell me how to encode to mp3s?

MP3 Encoder and MP3 Encoder VBR are using the LAME encoder (though not specified), so use them (VBR at Normal or Normal/High quality setting is a good choice). Should be that simple. If the LAME encoder isn't installed and you pick either, it will ask you if you would like to DL.

PS: What do you mean by "encode my sound files"? Are they wav's or some other format? Or do you mean CD tracks?

Still can't do it.  There is no mp3 option or option to download it.

What are the entries you see in the combo box under MJ>Settings>Options>Encoding>Encoding Type & Quality?

Copy & paste your info from MJ>Help>System Info.
