Proxy for watching Netflix outside of the US

Has anybody been able to use a proxy to watch Netflix outside of the US?

I wouldn't mind paying as long as the bandwidth was sufficient.

If yes:
o what's the pricing?
o which bandwidth were you able to get?
o How does it work, really? Did you have "management" issues?
