I have already spent some time with the search function here and on the PlugPlayer Forum looking for answers.......  I thought someone here might be in the know.

When using PlugPlayer, the album art is horribly compressed.

It seems that this happens only with MC's Server.  People have tried PP with other servers and the art was fine.  Most assumed MC was scaling the pictures down or something.

I cant see any setting for scaling down pictures in Server Settings in MC.  

Has anyone else run into this?  Can anyone think why MC is doing this and how to defeat it?
