"The server is perparing this file. Please try again in a few minute"

I often get this error when attempting to view video from a Sumsung TV or a Logitech Revue media extender using J River DLNA Server. I can use the built in media server in Win 7 on the same files with no issues. What am I doing wrong?

It's the server converting the file.  Longer files take longer.

You could try changing the conversion options on the DLNA Server.  If you can play without delay from Win7, you may not need conversion at all.
