Marinade For Steak I

I Made It For Dinner Today, and served it with mashed potatoes, gravy, salad with red wine vinegar dressing, and green beans.

I'm having an Idaho baked potato.  Sour cream and butter.  Vegetables tomorrow.

It's getting more light out here every evening now.  When I got home this afternoon, I went out and split a little wood.  It has been zero and below for a few days (-26F on Friday) so all you have to do is show the log the axe and it falls apart.

Looks good.  Here's are two of my favorites, that unfortunately I can no longer enjoy (due to onion allergy/intolerance).

Tomorrow, It Is Corned Beef.

I Have Taken A 3Lb Hunk of meat and added the Pickling spices, and the proper salts.

it has been setting in the refrigerator for over 7 days in the brine\marinade (I Have Been Turning It Every Day), so it is ready to cook and slice up for a sandwich.

Well see how that comes out.

Ps: My Dr said today i have an ulcer.

The Corned Beef Turned Out Good.

Took It Out Of The Crock Pot After I Got Back From Fort Bragg Today, And It Cooked For Too Long (Too Tender)..

Speaking of food... it's now "International" Australia day...

The barbies are fired up, the lamb, beef, pork, goat, chicken, prawns et.al are on, the beer is cold and the bulldust begins.

Happy International Australia Day  8)

I Know I Should Not Eat It, But I Am Going To Try My Hand At Buffalo Wings Today (Hooters, Breaded Version)

I Am Sure It Is Going To Tare Me Up.
