8.3 names

when i try to burn a cd i get the message: the following files do not have associated 8.3 names.try copying them to different filesnamesn and reimporting the copied files into media jukebox

What O/S are you using?  NT, 2000, XP or other?  Did you turn off 8.3 filename support on your NTFS partitions (via a register hack) maybe?
