If France in the final game ,how people will do?
They will take a day or half a day of?
Because i see the games are on tv in the morning ,not in the evening

Salut Zev,

I guess most people will be late at work tomorrow since the match will end at
around 10:30.
Here, at my lab, we have set up a TV set so that folks can watch the game when they
arrive in the morning.
On 20 people here about half of them will watch it (boss included)
the other half is either not interested in sports or on the rugby side.

Anyway, it will be very difficult to qualify for 1/8th of finals.

We'll see..

But for the finale,is France is one of the 2 teams,do you thing all the people will take half a day off?

Yep, maybe half of the people will take a day off if france qualifies
for the final but this is highly hypotetical.

By the way, the Rugby championship finals last saturday was a very good
game. Biaritz Olympique won over Agen (25 -22) (I'm also more on the rugby side ! )

I have family there and the roots of my mother family are there-after the expulsion from Spain-

We have France2 here,so i get a lot of games .We have Arte and TV5 as well,and Eurosport England and 30 or 40 chanels more

Don't know but I'll check that as I'm quite into reggae, african, zouk in general
(also my wife loves it) and it could make its way into my next MJ powered party !

In France long time ago i had an lp from a women singer from Africa.Bibi or something like it
The sleeve was all 'chocolat au lait'with the face of the singer.I loved this record but do not have it anymore

I found it in a shop in Barbes

Concerning Tiken.... a friend saw a clip on TV5,like it i know him

I like Thomas Mapfumo [not sure of the name] from Zimbabwe.A big band like Fela but less freak out.In this case a compliment,cause Fela is just to much freak out many times

And all the african languages are so beautifull

Bibi, Yes I know her. She, like my wife, is from  Ghana and she
made a hit a few years ago "tout doucement".
Don't know what she's doing now. I read somewhere that she was working
on a new album for 2002 but no news.
